For fastest service and accuracy, please e-mail or send art on PC or disk (zip, CD or Floppy). You may also upload your art to our FTP area. Link is located at top of page. We strongly encourage high resolution images with a minimum 300 dpi / 150 lpi in the following formats.: eps, tiff, Photoshop or Illustrator. Please make sure that all fonts are outlined or have been converted to curves. We can accept Acrobat PDF files, but this may delay processing.

One-color and multi-color imprints require black and white camera-ready art, a PMS color breakdown or digital art. Files containing text must include fonts or text converted to paths.

Art must be sized to approximate imprint area for best results. Faxed or reproduced artwork cannot be reproduced. Artwork will be returned upon request.

*IMPORTANT

Original art created by EEG will remain the property of EEG as the Customer is only charged for the creative time involved and not for the actual purchase or ownership. Customer acknowledges that they are not permitted to cause any original art to be screen printed by another source without the written consent of EEG and without possible additional payment for ownership of art or design services performed by Eagles Eye Graphics.

Customer assumes liability for all costs regarding work in progress if order is cancelled before completion. No returns of merchandise accepted. Any claims must be made in writing within five days of receipt of goods. We assume no responsibility for manufacturer dye or size variations. Art, camera work and screens are the property of Eagles Eye Graphics unless supplied by customer. Designs will be kept on file for three years. Screens will be kept for one year.
